"Last time the team forgot my stuffed crust and gave me a refund after calling. I had a nice man named Tom who was my delivery driver and he was so kind. Today I ordered again, everything was perfect, and I had Tom again! He has been the best delivery driver i’ve ever seen and rechecked my pizza to ensure I got everything I ordered! Thank you Tom, 12/10 service!!"

"I ordered 2 Cheesesticks and it took 2 hours for it to move from “baking” to “delivered” on the tracker app. However, it wasn’t delivered and when I called to see if it was still on the way (or delivered to another apartment), they hung up on me before I could ask the question half a dozen times. I’m not saying they picked up the phone and hung up. They actually greeted me and when I started to say something, they hung up. When I finally got to ask the question about 20-25 minutes later, they mockingly repeated everything I said, then told me they’re short staffed so I can’t expect the papa tracker to be accurate. Bro, that’s ALL I wanted to know and instead of telling me that, you made a huge deal about it and then made fun of me. I’ve called corporate and I’ll be following up with this until it’s resolved. The cheesesticks arrived 30 minutes later (roughly 3 hours after placing the order)."

"Been a while since I had Papa John's but this location was on point. Ordered online and food was finished faster than estimated which was a plus. Cashier was nice and pizza was very tasty. Keep up the good work"

"We order delivery from here at least once every other week and we have always had great food and quick delivery. The app will say 90-120minutes but the food usually shows up in 20 and it is ALWAYS hot and fresh."

"WEIRD OBJECT FOUND IN FOOD. CHECK YOUR PIZZA. Not impressed with how this whole ordeal was handled. Honestly don't even think I spoke to the actual manager because as a former manager for the company it was just awkward and difficult to talk to her. She sat on the phone for almost 10 seconds legit not saying anything after I told her what we found in our pizza. Dead silence. I'm pretty sure this was a huge clump of hair. They offered to remake and send it back out and said it would take 30-45. We got our pizza well after an hour. I'd have completely remade the order and refunded it. There's absolutely zero excuse for any random non- topping ingredients to be on the pizza especially when whoever is in charge of boxing and cutting should have quality checked again."
