"TERRIBLE PLACE! THREE Security guards ASSAULTED my friend and left him with significant injuries. He was choked, dragged down steps and thrown in the street. If you're black or a person of color please avoid this place at all cost. The manager didn't even care after seeing my friend bleeding from the injuries, only offered a bottle of champagne next time we go. There will never be a next time. The experience was extremely traumatic and we will never visit this place again.We truly believe this is a result of racial profiling. We were paying customers and caused no trouble. Edit: I see the manager responded to this review and his account of events is completely inaccurate. I have photo proof and medical records of the injuries sustained. To try and cover it up and belittle the experience we had is disgusting."

"I recently held a private party at The Night Owl and it was perfect. Alex was easy to work with to plan the event. He took care of the bar, the staff, the DJ, and the food. Everything went off without a hitch and he was there all night checking in to make sure we didn't need anything. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service behind the bar and refilling the food. My guests are still raving about the party 3 days later. I would highly recommend the Night Owl for private parties."
