"We decided to order From zoners this year for the Super Bowl. All I can tell you is that the staff were awesome and very friendly. The pizza was just awful. The pizza was probably one of the driest pizzas I ever had, I felt like that there was no sauce on the pizza whatsoever, and I ended up throwing it away."

"The pizza and half baked cookies are usually good here. My family orders dinner from here 2-4 times a month but lately we've been disappointed. The customer service had gone down a lot. This is the second consecutive time the order has been wrong and/or incorrect. The last 2 times we were missing an entire large pizza. Tonight the half baked cookies are burnt cookies! They didn't even act sorry when my husband had to drive back up to pick up the missing pizza because they couldn't deliver it. May have to find another pizza joint for pizza going forward."

"We've been ordering pizza, dessert and other foods from here since this restaurant opened years ago. It's always been good and had good service up until the last 2 times we've ordered. Last time the salad was turning brown and there was so much sauce on the pizza it was soggy, so when you'd pick it up, all the toppings would slide off. Ok, they were just having an off night. No big deal. Then tonight, I ordered cheese cake that was supposed to have cream cheese icing and strawberry toppings but there were none. But the biggest issue was I ordered a pepperoni pineapple pizza with peppers and onions and there was no pepperoni at all!! We had a cheese vegetable pizza! We just assumed that the pepperoni was under some of the cheese, so we started eating it, but NO PEPPERONI! Who wants a pepperoni pizza with no pepperoni?? I called and spoke with a girl named Brianna who apologized but said that all she could do was remake the pizza. I asked if I could pick it up tomorrow but she said no, only tonight. I wasn't driving back a half an hour for a pizza to be remade at 8pm! I have pics of the pizza and my receipt to show it was wrong. I hate to say it, because we have always loved and supported their small business over the many other pizza places, but this will be our final order from Zoners. Apparently, there are different people in the kitchen than there used to be because it's been little issues here and there for a while but this was unacceptable! I would post pics but do not know how."

"Update after delivery: I took the time to call to ask them to have my pizza cooked well done.. Needless to say it is not well done. I called chicken plane and was told it would be 45 minutes to another hour before a Fresh Pizza could be delivered well done. That would make it 3 1/2 hours after I originally ordered. I told her to keep it and I was finished cooking it in my own oven. I went to order a pizza today, knowing that after this pizza, I would have a reward pizza. I was shocked to find out that they changed their system and I lost all of the points that I had already earned with my purchases. It's really unfortunate that the owners didn't even consider this when they changed their systems. They have a new reward system and we all have to start all over. But we don't get the rewards that we would've burned after the points in already accumulated because of their decision to use a different system"
