"If you want an excellent mechanic and customer service, you must contact Williams Auto and Truck Repair, West Columbia. After being told by a number of vehicle service companies that they could not assist me immediately with my vehicle emergency, Mr Williams did not hesitate to have me stop by the shop to review, diagnose and resolve my issue. The representative at the front desk was extremely customer service oriented. She immediately assisted me and after several phone calls to other car service/auto parts companies, she was able to find an inexpensive but the same equality piece of vehicle equipment. My rating for Williams Auto and Truck Repair exceeds the normal scale, meaning I would highly recommend this company. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate them at a 15. Mr. Williams and staff were outstanding. Will return for future issues. Many thanks to Mr. Williams and staff."
