"My semi truck was towed to Carolina Fleet on March 02, 2021. Their shop located on1404 Mack St. Gaston, SC 29053 was to perform a bypass on the DEF System. After the work has been done and i picked my truck, it was creating pressure in the coolant system and blowing coolant from the pressure relieve cap. I called the owner Dave Fulmer and explained the problem. He asked me to call in a week since he's busy. After that I called many times and he never returned my calls. After a month another shop checked the problem and they found out that the coolant lines running trough the IGR cooler weren't properly capped(welded) and the repair was $711. I found the owner's behavior unprofessional and I don't recommend that business."

"Tow Drucker driver tried to run me off the road after he drove recklessly and sped the whole time! It happened at 5 58 PM on Platt Springs Road. He then stopped in the road and acted like he wanted to fight. This lunatic is going to get somebody in a wreck!"

"TRUCKERS BEWARE! This company attempted to run a scam on a trucking company whose truck broke down. The woman working the phone took all the owner’s information and location of the disabled truck THEN AFTERWARDS reported she had no tow truck to send. The woman said she would CALL the owner when a tow truck became available. The owner then canceled the tow truck and continued to search for others who were available. The woman then dispatched a tow truck to the owner 7 hours later without calling to see if the tow was still needed. The tow truck showed up, but a mechanic was also already on his way to the truck. The owner let the tow truck driver know he was not needed and that no one had called him. This company then attempted to impound the owner’s truck due to their mistake. The company insisted he pay for the tow truck that showed up when the owner clearly canceled the tow. This would have been avoided had the woman called to confirm a tow was still needed, but no one called. A car had to be placed in front of the disabled truck to prevent the tow truck from STEALING the truck from private property. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR INFORMATION FIRST! They shouldn’t take your information if they can’t send a tow truck within a reasonable time and if they send a tow truck without your consent…well, that’s on the company not the owner."
