"I placed my order online and was not notified that they did not offer the item I ordered. Not even when we went to the restaurant to pick up the order, did the general manager tell me that they didn't have what we ordered. Only when the box was opened and I saw the wrong thing, was I notified that they didn't sell chessy garlic bread anymore. Then there was no apology for the inconvenience, nor any offer for a refund. I was very disappointed in the management. Being in charge of all the other employees, this manager should have handled this situation differently. The previous general managers were very accommodating. This restaurant has a great new look, with extremely poor management. I don't recommend this as your dining choice. More recently I gave them another chance and received the most disgusting pizza I have ever had. I do not recommend this location until they make some changes to the staff."

"This location has really become a disappointment. This is not the first time we’ve had toppings & cheese missing from the center. Today’s visit was ridiculous. The pepperoni pizza was missing a chunk from one piece, burnt on one part, cheese and ingredients were missing from probably a third of the pizza and to be honest it looked like 3 different pizzas were pieced together. I took it in and a new pizza was made but this should have never been served. Training is needed or restaffing."
