"Absolute Rubish. I wish I could give them negative stars. I want my 300$ back. After 5 hours of tending to my car which was badly in need of interior TLC, I received my car back with soaking wet upholstery. Once the seats dried 2 days later it was clear no cleaning was accomplished I still had dog paw prints in the fabric..which came out when I used fabric cleaner and a rag....I returned that Monday and expressed my concerns for the poorly done detail I paid a lot for. My sunroof and two back windows never were cleaned either. The removable carpets look pretty good, but all fabrics and carpet inside the car looked exactly the same. The car didn't even smell fresh. Also my bumper was damaged with their buffing machine. Manager Tina took pictures of my unclean car and my number and said the owner will contact me. 5 days later still no word from anyone to try and smooth over their terrible job. I was also given every nonsense reason why my car didnt come clean. And they had some stuff to fix my bumper..(yeah right) I have had ano expensive detail before and this was sub sub standard. Well ...I cleaned it myself with a rented upholstery cleaner...and Its almost like new now. Thanks for nothing and taking my money."
