"Don't book with them. There were 16 people missed the same flight because the lady at the counter said she was done with her shift while seating there and even trying to help. The first flight was late and we arrived at terminal 1 at 7:20pm while the flight departure time was 8pm. She said her manager(off duty)will come after the gate closed. Re-booking for a fee. We went back to Jetblue to rebook for free. Fly with other airline with mutual understanding global standards even with longer time rather missed your flight which resulted in even longer than other European flight. Addtional: We printed out boarding pass when we checked in at the first flight, but the check pioint ask us to re-print without any exceptions, like reprint at the gate which is normal for international flights"

"terrible experience. in flight service is mediocre and they lost my bag. it’s been three days since my flight and there is not even an idea on where my missing bag is. extremely stressful and disappointing."

"Terrible service overall and they lost my luggage (which I still have not recieved). They made us huddle around 4 computers to put in our address info and none of their operators answer the phone. Do not book with them."

"Flight was delayed 2 hours because of maintenence issues in JFK. In connecting flight in Morrocco a confrontation with the baggage staff member was had because they tried to check a carryon my friend had even though plane wasn't fully boarded and there was plenty of storage space. After hearing the horror stories of lost luggage didn't want to take that chance so we convinced them to let us bring it on but many other passengers had issues with bringing on their carry-ons. Also they didn't even announce when a gate was changed or when boarding started. To our surprise the one luggage we did check in made it to our final destination but was covered in skid marks and dirt. Overall airline experience was ok the flight attendants are nice but with flights this cheap just be cognizant of what you're getting into. Wouldn't suggest bringing more than a carryon and personal item and if you have a connecting flight with this airline make sure its at least 5 hours from when you land."

"Despite all the poor reviews, we had a delightful flight on Royal Air Maroc. It was a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, great plane. Service was very good and the food was also very good. Found out that they serve alcohol in Business class only. The movie selection was poor."
