"This people are scammer, we are families of 4 wanted to travel been a long time , then we book a flight of $7,750 and this company sent us fake e-tickets thats never work. We then start calling them, but they refuse to pick my calls till now I have been depressed about this money cry everyday about this money yet no help please I want people to help me The name of this people is Luis and Octavia . This happened last year November 2022"

"If you come across this site RUNNNNNN . They are total frauds . They advertise a price then when you can to confirm your booking they claim the price isn’t available and request triple the amount . I booked two tickets one way $79 per person which came up to $157 , when I called they claimed the price wasn’t available and said I had to pay $257 I told them to just cancel and I’ll book directly on the airline site and they refused to cancel my reservation and refused to send me my eticket and went ahead and process the order for only 1 tickets and took my money . I had to call the airline to get my ticket . They kept telling me to confirm I’ll pay $257 in order for them to send my tickets . Like whatttt? I had to book my second ticket separately through the airline and now me and my partner won’t be seated near each other unless we pay for the seats . I’ll never use them again I tell you that much ."

"Never, I mean NEVER use this site for airfare bookings!! They advertise "promotional" airfare rates that conveniently change while you are purchasing your tickets. Upon completion, you receive a booking reference number along with a message stating that you will receive your e-ticket once your booking has been confirmed by the airline. You wait for your ticket, you never receive it, you call customer support and that's when they tell you the "promotional" price is no longer available and you need to pay additional money for that very same flight that you've already paid for. They will not honor the confirmed booking and you're left without your flight and your money. Highway Robbery or should I say Airfare Robbery.This company has a scandalous and deceitful method of operation and needs to be shut down."
