So I tried calling back and they kept saying it was wrong # and kept hanging up on us! They did charge my bank! This is Definitely a fraud! I will be reporting them! "A complete scam. Just look at the picture provided for their HQ. Asked us to submit payment to CANCEL a seat they said they didn't even complete the order on. So why must I pay $190 to cancel an order. Interesting strategy from people who SEO'd the living truck out of their fake phishing site."

"Should be ZERO stars. This company is a SCAM. They identified themselves as direct customer service for a major american airline. They are not that. They made false charges against my account, resulting in me having to close the account while out of town. My bank investigated the fraudulent charges and reversed them, luckily. If you have problems with a flight the day of, just go to the airport and deal with the airline directly. Can't understand how this company is still in business. STAY AWAY."

After your agent got me wait-listed for an early morning flight, she checked the status for me overnight and again at 5:00 am and stayed in contact with me all morning. "If i could give 0 stars i would. This company owes me a refund for 2 tickets we purchased and provided backup medical documentation. They do not call you back at all and nobody can give you a straight answer. I was passed around to various people and finally passed to a supervisor who doesn't call or email you back. This is a very sketchy company you should absolutely NOT use them. Be very leery and use a reputable company like Expedia or Orbitz."
