"Did work on my PT cruiser a few months ago. I was doing a winter tune-up, noticed a few things. One thing I noticed immediately was my throttle body housing left in the rear seat and not reinstalled.. Thats okay. I popped it back on, no big deal. I know my car was a mess, and you think i don't know whats there, but best believe I know what was taken out of it, like my car charger i use daily, but those small things can be replaced. What I **DONT** like, is that you charged a woman $40 for antifreeze and didn't put a single drop in it. Yeah, when i brought the car in, it had just water in it because it was leaking and I knew from where, but didn't have the equipment to fix it. I was also failed to keep informed and did extra work without discussing. If I didn't have the money you would have just laughed and used me as a story like you had about someone else who couldn't pay so you sold their car. Thats not a joking matter and not professional for a business owner to tell a customer. I understand driving with bad mounts is dangerous, but upon examining the mounts that were installed, maybe next time make sure they are installed correctly so the boots don't crack. You also failed to put my radiator reservoir cap back on. I wasn't going to say anything and just let it go, but I don't want someone to almost get killed because you or your apprentice overtightened or lost parts."
