"I got exhaust work done wanted flow masters in place of my mufflers. The guy doing the work said it would be extra like I didn’t have the money acting like he didn’t want to do it. Had to end up spending money twice to get it done at another shop custom exhaust on peach orchard. They did an excellent job. Only reason went there because they were available. The guy ringing me up tried to charge a higher price, then quoted over phone, they were also rude. It’s more I can say about the reason I believe they were rude but I’m going to stay professional. Waste of 250 had my challenger sounded horrible with just no mufflers. I want be giving any more business to these people. I usually don’t give bad reviews because I’m going into business my self.Just glad I got my car how I want it finally, needed to expose this horrible customer service on my behalf."

"I called Hagers about a muffler delete on my Ford Focus ST on short notice and they were able to fit me in at opening, which I was very appreciative of. During the whole process I was able to watch and give feed back about the positioning of the exhaust and how much I wanted the tip of the exhaust to extend past the bumper. They catered to exactly what I wanted and even added an extra exhaust hanger to make sure it was secured. Although I did not discuss price before hand, it still came out to be what I expected and was quoted from other shops. The process was very quick and I would recommend them to anyone wanting some quick exhaust work."
