"As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I always worry that mechanics are telling me I need unnecessary repairs to get the bill higher. I took my car to NTB Augusta thinking I needed brakes and they told me it was a broken motor mount and actually said they didn’t think brakes needed replacing yet! As I drove home, I was AMAZED at how quiet and great my car was driving after the motor mount replacement!! Melissa has great customer service and really works with you on discounts to help you save money and it’s great to leave a mechanic not feeling like you’ve been robbed lol. I’ve been recommending this NTB location to all my coworkers since then! 10/10 recommend!!"
