"Pick up my car today and at first it would not start then the issue was gas. Well yall had my car over a month and gas was in it when it was given to you. The gentlemen gave us gas at the place. But the white chick in the pink jacket came out and was discussing the issue talking about us. First off make sure the customer is not there when you say disparaging remarks. You don't ever have to worry about us coming back plus I will make sure my insurance company Know about your treatment"

"My car went into Classic COLLISION BODY SHOP to fix my roof and windshield. It’s been in there for 1 1/2 months. I just got it back. They have given it back fixed but they damaged it in other ways. They scuffed up my seats and dash and just all over the inside of my car. They damaged my passenger seat. Stained up the inside with grease spots and black fingerprints. I tried to get them to fix it and they did the bare minimum to clean it and it still looks a mess. I wish I never took it there. I worked with Adam. He told me constantly my car would be ready tomorrow and tomorrow just never came and I had to keep calling because they didn’t have enough respect to keep me up to date until the last 3 days when I complained in a survey. Im disappointed. I’ll add this as well that when I got my car back after 1 1/2 months my rear view and side mirrors were all moved to a different view. Makes me feel uneasy about that. Like did they use my car outside the shop? I say this because there are scuff marks in my trunk area I can’t explain and my boxes I use for groceries when going to sams club we’re not there anymore. They threw them away. I take pride in my belongings because I don’t have a lot of money so I take care of everything I have and to get it back in such a condition hurts my heart. Be careful who you take your vehicle to and take pictures of the inside and outside when you drop it off because you just might not get it back the way you left it. *******This part is in response to the owner. The owner replied he or she was gonna get with management about this. Management was the one who saw this entire process through. Management wouldn’t even look me in my face when I said there’s a problem instead sent a young lady out to me scared and didn’t know what to say to me. I have so much more I have to put in this complaint you have no idea how bad I was treated and I can name names through the entire process. What a nightmare. Shame on you people."

"I took my wife’s vehicle to Classic Collision after an accident. First after attempting to go thru another body shop the insurance company recommended, they told me it would take at least a couple months before they can even take a look at my vehicle. So I went with Classic and they took my wife’s vehicle in within the same week Mid-December. They gave an estimated time of completion around the first week of January. Not only did they complete it about two weeks early, they did an amazing job and also removed a few additional scratches and chips. Phenomenal and professional work. I was working with Mike and he kept me informed throughout the whole process thru updates and texts. Give this young man a raise!! Awesome job guys.
