"Made an appointment for an oil change and dropped our vehicle off at 8am. I was the second car in line. Had to check in multiple times for an update and did not receive car until after 4pm. I have an extended warranty and oil changes are covered but had to remind the service advisor about this after I was told the total was over $100! Was given a coupon for a free car wash and the balance on the gift card was zero when I tried to use it the same day."

"Let me start off by saying if I could give this company zero stars, I would. However, Google won't allow it. So, let's get into the complaint. I took my car here after noticing my entire center console was not working. No radio, no backup camera, no blind spot camera, no navigation, or even hazard lights back on August 25. They conducted a diagnostic on my car and concluded that all my fuses were good and that I needed to replace the audio unit, which is 1952.15. So that's a big chunk of change and hard to let go. So I went without all those things for 3 months. I went back to the body repair shop that messed up my car, and we found out it was just a blown 7.5 amp fuse. We replaced that fuse and now everything works fine in my car. But Gerald Jones service technician said all the fuses were good. So I went to Gerald Jones yesterday and talked to the assistant service manager, and she made every excuse for the service technician. Saying he did everything right. If that was the case, he would have seen this bad fuse. But he took a shortcut in order to get more money out of me. Like replacing a fuse, not going to make the business no money. But replacing an audio unit will. The fuse we replaced was 1.99 for five. So that's equivalent to 40 cents a fuse. Replacing the audio unit is a 4881% percent increase in cost to fix all my issues. I asked the service manager if I would have paid that 1952.15, and they found out it was a fuse, would they have refunded me my money. And she didn't want to answer that. Just looked at me dumbfounded. Crazy thing about it is last year I gave them 1200 to fix my PCM in my car. Now I'm thinking it really wasn't broken it was just a scam to get more money out of me."

He continued to reach out to me and when I decided to purchase, I reached out to him for that reason alone. It was a great choice! He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I will need to make another purchase this year for my teen and he will be the one I reach out to.
