"Normally, really great service. But this last time I tried to schedule an appointment to get a sensor looked at, they said they would not look at my vehicle because the was an added amplifier to the stereo. Doesn't make sense to me. But he was pretty curt about the whole thing and refused to even LOOK at my car because of it."
"Been coming here for over 2 years and the service is always great. If problems do arise (which is rare), they are all over it with solutions and they communicate clearly and consistently throughout every exchange. The customer service here is what I wish customer service was everywhere."
"Bad business.bad service..bunch of liars..I took my jeep to put in a compressor and to put in a regulator in my back passenger window.costing me over 3,500.I was told that it was time to pick it up only to find more problems that i didn't have . The front and back windows on the passenger side continue to roll down without me touching the switch.the windows were working fine prior to me taking the jeep there.I took it back to them and they kept it for a few days calling to tell me that it would cost me over 500 dollars to replace the motor and regulator .I told Alicia the representative I wasn't paying any extra money for something that they did...now I'm stuck with extra problems that I didn't have because o Gerald Jones Honda. This Is not the end .so please spend your money somewhere else..they will cause you extra money and problems .don't trust them.i want the world to know.... ."
"Today i had an appointment for my 2022 Honda Civic Sport. Thought I was going to get my tired repaired at first but I was told that this nail was too close to my Sidewall so instead of patching it they replaced the whole tire and it costed me $250. From what I know that nail is nowhere close to the sidewall. Not to mention when i first went in they said my oil change was going to be $140 even though I have the mastertech package. I reminded him and he had to tell the other employee that I had the package!! it should not be my job to tell you guys what sort of packages I have. You guys should already know!"
"Before taking your car to the local Honda dealer, we strongly advise you to reconsider. Let us share our experience from March 2023 when multiple warning lights suddenly appeared on our 2018 Honda Accord dashboard. These included issues with the brake system, vehicle stability assist, hill start assist, electric power system, road departure mitigation, and collision mitigation system. This was the second time these lights had appeared, with the first occurrence happening two years after purchasing the car. Despite being covered under warranty, we were still charged approximately $75 for some work. Given the recurrence of the problem, we decided to return to the dealer. However, after paying $175 for a diagnosis, we were informed that we needed to replace the fuel injectors, rear brake pads, and brake fluid, resulting in a total cost exceeding $2000. Strangely, we had not noticed any issues while driving the car, and other warning lights were not addressed. This led us to question whether these repairs were truly necessary, and we declined the suggested fixes. Upon picking up the car, all the warning lights miraculously disappeared. A week later, concerned for our safety, we decided to have the rear brake pads and brake fluid replaced as advised by the dealer. In May 2023, all the warning lights reappeared, leading us to believe that the initial repairs were not done properly. We contacted the dealer to inquire about any warranty coverage for the previous work. The representative assured us that if the current issue was related to their previous repairs, we would not be charged, including the diagnostic fee. Upon returning to the dealer, we received a message stating that we needed additional services, including fuel injector replacement, front brake pad replacement, transmission fluid exchange, and cabin filter replacement, amounting to a total cost of over $2600. We declined these unnecessary repairs, requesting only that the warning lights be addressed. Surprisingly, we were informed that we still had to pay $201 for the diagnosis. When questioning why we were being charged again for the same issue, the service advisor, Linsey, dismissed our concerns and refused to engage in further conversation. We were forced to escalate the matter to her supervisor. The supervisor reiterated the same explanation as Linsey, stating that the warning lights had returned because we had not agreed to the recommended repairs. We pointed out that we had experienced a similar issue a few years ago, which was attributed to a loose wire. Our expectation was that they would address this specific problem. Astonishingly, the supervisor claimed that the dealer had not done anything to turn off the warning lights. This prompted us to research the issue on YouTube, where we discovered several helpful videos explaining that a simple system reboot was all that was needed. This problem seemed to be common among Honda models, suggesting a possible manufacturing defect. It became apparent that the dealer's service department was aware of this issue but chose not to disclose the truth. Instead, they attempted to convince us to spend thousands of dollars on unnecessary repairs. Additionally, we have another reason for distrusting the dealer. Approximately three years ago, we had our battery replaced there. The service advisor presented us with a sheet that included four recommendations, one of which was a transmission fluid flush. However, we had just completed this service a few months prior, indicating that they had not actually inspected our vehicle. Overall, based on our experiences, we strongly advise against relying on this Honda dealer for service."
