"An employee there, Quay, was exceptional. I’ve been to many oil change companies and locations and he provided the best customer service I have ever had. From the moment we pulled in the bay he was opening doors for us, showing us the seating area and walking us through the process. I live several states away, but if I lived closer, I would visit your Jiffy Lube location just to experience Quay’s professionalism again."
