"Don’t get a fly with them .They are literally a scammers.I bought an economic ticket then they tried to force me to changed for an expensive one .I said no ,then they gave me two options. One to change my fly two months later or change the airports and also the price have to be increase .I had to call my bank to open a dispute .Fortunately I had proof .Bad costumer service and rude ."

"This is is a scam ! I Booked tickets for $150 and I called the same day they said they said they would call me back tomorrow, they never did. I called them and they said all the seats were taken but they have seats left for $987… how is this company in business.. 1,000% a scam company! I would give 0 ⭐️ ´s"

"Found a flight and booked it. The next day I got an email to call, the rep was rude and he completely changed the entire flight - from delta to spirit and wanted to upcharge me triple what I booked for. This is the second time I tried to use them. Scam"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Due to medical issues I could not make the initial flight out but wanted a new flight out and to return on the original flight home. They lied to me about not being able to use a return flight and made me purchase all new airfare totaling over $2300.00 - when I contacted the airline directly afterword's I was told that I could have flown home on the same flights I had already purchased. Trying to file the insurance is a NIGHTMARE and Farebuzz will not respond with email or phone call."

"We had a trip planned through Fare Buzz that we had to back out of. Fare Buzz didn't give us a refund of our money, but gave us vouchers. Now we are trying to use the vouchers to plan another trip and Fare Buzz is trying to make us pay almost $200 more per ticket (we have 4) than the flight which is offered with the Airline. So we are trapped getting ripped off by Fare Buzz who is holding our money hostage. Beware of this scam artist."
