"This is the fourth time you have asked me to provide feedback on my negative experience at your dealership. I would think if you were truly concerned you would reach out to me for more information or resolve the issue with my 2023 Tundra Platinum. The brakes squeal at low speed and you refused to even attempt to resolve the issue for fear that you would not be reimbursed for warranty work. Of that is truly the case. You would rather have a disgruntled Toyota customer driving a +$60000 truck with brakes that squeal. I wonder if my treatment would be better if I had purchased the truck from your dealership. My question is does anyone read these surveys because if you did you might recognize this is the fourth time I am responding"

"Took good care of my car. Was friendly and polite. Was able to sit in a comfortable room while I waited. The only thing I wished that they did was vacuum the inside of the car and wash it like other dealers usually do when a car is brought in for a service appointment. They charged me a credit card fee even though I used my debit card for my purchase. They don’t take checks so be aware that you must pay using cash or a card."
