"I had a camper window break , wind blew the door open. We called Novus, had to wait a couple of weeks. Fantastic job on replacement! Get n and out swiftly, and they listen to your concerns. Now to that. My Clayton home had a uva window, that the inside of look like I clean with brick. Long story short. Got them to give me estimated on the window. Insurance company from Clayton homes---- declining my window--- of course. Novus wrote him a letter about window. Telling him ....the issue!!! After a week of Insurance playing around with me, This is factory screwup! So they installed my new window today! I love it and thank ya! Good people."
