"We did a load for this company on July 9, 2022. When the driver delivered the load there were some damaged boxes. When we found out about the damaged boxes we immediately contacted the broker and sent photos to the broker. Broker texted us saying that first thing in the morning he would find a place where the driver could drop off the damaged boxes. We were waiting for a call all day and we also reached out but no one has responded. Finally, after 10 whole days we have received an email saying to call them back because the customer wanted to do a re-delivery. So we explained to them our trailer is not a storage unit and that we disposed of that product because we need that trailer to make money as a small company. Then the broker informed us that we would have a claim and that he does not know the whole amount. Waiting over 7 months to be paid. We decided to file a bond for this company. The moment we filed a bond they sent the check overnight. As well, the paper for the claim they sent us did not state what company or what load it was. It was also dated that the load was done in June but we did the load in July. It also says the document of the claim was resolved on October 6, 2022, but the broker at this time said it was not resolved. Be aware when working with this company. If I could do 0 stars I would. I hope the owner knows what is going on in his company and with his employees."

"Not a bad experience, went for a live unload. As soon as you turn on Ave P, park in the first spot available on the street. Walk inside to shipping and get a dock door. Yard is slightly tight and busy with local drivers. Took 1 hr 30 min for unload."
