"Wrost transport service. I don’t know why Jersey City School Board hires them for school transportation. They suddenly changed school bus route. I tried calling them at least 5 times today. Every time they kept me on hold for more than 30 minutes. And each time I had to start all over again. Be careful sending your kids with this bus company."

"I see this company has some horrible reviews so I had to give them a great one. I called to inquire about a job with them but because of personal reasons I will not be able to work there. The young lady that answered the phone was very professional and extremely helpful. She even gave me some helpful tips on resolving my personal matter. I can not comment on the bus aid's and driver's but, she was super helpful to me."

"Worst company ever. They are unprofessional in every way possible. How do these people get hired? They never come at the same time ever. Yesterday they missed my child house and dropped her off like five houses up from where she lives. I am so done with this company , I can't believe the school system uses them."

"You have to be freaking kidding me! This is far the worse company. The people are rude and so disrespectful. I have a special needs child and he is to the point that he doesn't want to get on the bus because the woman, whom we are suppose to trust to care for our child was so disrespectful to the mother. Telling her to speak English we are in america. Lady you have a lot of nerve. You also wanted to leave our child up the block twice when there was no reason to so you wouldn't have to drive around the block. Seriously! I know one thing you heard loud and clear and in English that you will be reported and we no longer want you near out son. The school will her about it along with the board of education. This job is not fit for people with no heart."

"This company is the worse. The drivers come to put up your child late then they rush you.they will wait ONE MIN. After they beep the horn then leave.it's not fare for the parents that have special need kids. Like myself.Then I called tell them that the bus left my son they was so rude."
