After calling and speaking to Jenny, she informed me that they would not have a quote for me for at least 2 weeks, because they are still hiring for the season (red flag, what happens if my bus driver calls out sick?). I urged her for a quote since I'm ready to sign a contract, she calls me back a couple hours later and says that "they have bigger fish to fry" than what I was looking to book. I would urge anyone looking for a bus company to look elsewhere, receptionist is not a pleasant to deal with and I got no where. Jenny should be put on a commission based salary where she works for the client's needs and works to want to make a deal."
