"I've been taking my vehicles to Discount Tire of Irmo for many years. On countless occasions I've heard them offering honest advice on car issues. If for some reason they can't work you in that day or if some of the repair work would be more suitably done at a dealership or specialty shop they will tell you and may even recommend an alternate shop. I've always gotten good service at a very affordable price. I wouldn't consider going to any other shop for tires, rotations, oil changes, brakes, and most repair work. It is always worth your time to give them a call first."

"We were otw to Greenville SC from Savanah GA. Had a blow out and hobbled to them around 9:30-10am on 12/30/22. We were told they would be closing early (@12) and did not have time to sell and change a tire for us. 2 hours before they were closing. The worst service I've ever experienced anywhere. We even told them money was not a problem... there only solution tfor us was to give us the name of other possible places that could help. "Family owned and operated" smh... definitely need to reevaluate some of the employees. Rude! Unprofessional! unpleasant!"

"My husband walked in at 8:20 he said that he saw two women in the office and no one acknowledged him they ignored him so he walked out. My thing is somebody could have said something to him and it has him really upset this morning. I read the reviews and thought it would be a nice place but nope not at all."
