"Called in with a coupon that I just got in the mail. Put on hold for employee to tell me my code wasn't valid. Regular price was almost double. Decided to go online to make my order and use points. Bc I used points, wasn't enough money spent to deliver. Placed order for pickup, while already on the way there, they call and tell me they don't the ingredients to make my order. The app sucks, internet site sucks, and the store is just as bad. I have had multiple bad experiences with this location and their online systems."

"Not much to say about food. Salad bar was good but spent most the time waiting on pizza to come out. That being said….. my 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ go to the server, Miss. Lynn!! That woman was hustling! She needs a raise or to work at a better restaurant where she can do her thing and make big bucks! She was great! It was crazy busy but she still kept her cool and positive attitude! You go girl! Keep up the good work. People do notice! Just hope your boss does!"

"I can’t really say anything about the food cause we didn’t get anything on my lunch break I decided to take my grandparents to eat pizza and we went in for the buffer but there was no pizza out so I decided to order a pizza for our table we wanted 40 mins and then I realized I had to go back to work so I was like ok I’m out and I asked for the check even though we didn’t eat anything and it came up to $40??? $40 for what to scroll through my phone"

"Ordered a Big Dinner Box last night. Wanted to eat the leftovers for breakfast this morning. Picked up a piece, and all the sausage fell off. This was underneath. Disgusting."
