"I've been going here ever since I myself was a kid. Things truly have changed. Sad to see that the animatronics are gone. Now it's slightly empty. The pizza was good and my table ordered more of it. Wouldn't recommend the wings at all, however my family liked it. The kids had a really great time, and I enjoyed watching them have fun."

"We had my sons birthday party here & it was a blast! The food has improved sooo much and the games as well. Our party waitress was Bella and I just want to say she was soo helpful, knowledgeable, and energetic! She made it so much easier!"

"We did a walk-in party. It was cool because it was a pretty slow day. The food was good. The prices have definitely increased. I paid way too much for 3 kids. The team members were hard to find when needed and they started shutting down early. We couldn't use the soda machine for the last 20 minutes, and one team member swept up at our table while we were finishing cutting the cake. My 3-year-old had fun, so I give it 4 stars since there is no 3.5."

"This Chuck E. Cheese was smaller than I am use too but not bad. We went on a Friday evening in November and there there was only a couple other families in there. It was nice to have the whole place practically to ourselves. The kids had a blast at the birthday party! They always do, this wasn’t our first time hosting a party with Chuck. Anyways, the reason for the 4 star was because of the employees. Really relax personally, didn’t show much care, didn’t have answers for much. We had to wait over around 20 mins after our party started to have the party host come out, but they made sure we cleaned up on time and left even though the employee was late. After all that though, it honestly ran smooth. They brought out Chuck E. Cheese to dance , sing happy birthday, do photos, watch blow out the candle. Then they brought out dip n dots shortly after that. They were able to adjust the amount of kids day of too which was super helpful since a lot of kids ended up canceling. Pizza was enough for the kids but I would definitely suggest ordering more for the adults."

"Some employees were helpful while others acted as though I was bothering them. Many employees standing or sitting around doing nothing while the place desperately needed cleaning. Food scattered under the salad bar the entire time I was there. Drinks spilled and floor so sticky the soles of our shoes had to be cleaned when we got home. The food looked terrible, just thrown on a tray. Fries were literally raw, chicken was burnt, no vegetable sticks given - for $15. I've included a pic of what we received. I spent over $150 here. The kids seemed to have a good time, but we won't be going back. The place needs a serious deep cleaning, management and employee training."
