"Usually order for delivery. Deliveries are fast and drivers are always nice. The quality of the food is hit and miss. 50% of the time the pizzas are a mess. The cut on the pizzas is rarely done correctly or cut all the way through."
"My husband wanted to surprise his family with pizzas after I asked him to grab some frozen pizzas on his way home from work and he went here through the app. Just for them to give him two pizzas that were completely wrong. This is extremely unprofessional. The app was no help either in getting him a refund. We'll never come back here again. As if finding good pizza in this area was bad enough. The service has to be as well? RIDICULOUS."
"The unsung heroes of Gaston SC! Truly appreciate all the hard work they put in despite the lack of crew some of the times. Always on point, and the pizza is addicting... which cannot be the same from the new join with The Hat down the road. This line of work often goes unappreciated, and some may feel entitled to a perfect service, even when things are not great. But, in my opinion, they are the best nearby when it comes to quality and service. My best wishes to every single hard worker here in our local Domino's. Please keep up the good work! PS for upper management: Please give them a raise!"
"This place used to be good now it's horrible. Takes well over an hour to get anything and then it's messed up. Large pizza is tiny undercooked and smashed up. Dip looks gross. Highly do not recommend. Don't order from here."
"Given there are not many pizza places to choose from in the area. I have been waiting over an hour for my order. I called to check on my order and the associate Hannah or Anna, had a very nasty attitude as if I am wrong for checking on my order. She proceeds to tell me what they have and don't have, which isn't my problem, yet it's understandable. A courtesy call could solve a lot of problems. Yet, she allowed her title to go to her head and talk to customers as if one is inferior to her. She should be more compassionate to customers giving they not in a position to not have orders come through. This isn't my first time ordering from here, but it could be my last. I don't spend my money to be disrespected. She better be glad my son wanted pizza, otherwise, I would have cancelled the whole entire order."
