"worst pizza hut i have ever delt with, I've given this store a few chances. this is twice i haven't gotten my order, poor customer service , if it's a hour before they close you will not get your food. i have kids that use too really like there food , but crew tells you they didn't do anything , and even said i didn't call when i did. they take your money in three seconds but don't return it for days. I had pay for two meals instead of one because both time i had to call domino's just to eat. make your call to them they do a great job in choice"
"Only reason why it got 1 star is because I couldn't do a review unfortunately without a star.. NO STARS from me honestly! Bad bad bad!! I called 4 times in an hour and Noone answered my calls. I know they don't know how to do pizza right but dang they that brain dead when they hear a phone ringing to answer it! Well I used to love pizza hut but they lost a customer.. off to little ceasers for me from now on. Pizza hut in Gaston SC YOU SUCK!!!! Close down or get new employees"
"Multiple times I put in delivery order food came fast and was delicious but they keep forgetting my 2L soda I’m currently waiting on a soda and my order was delivered almost 40 min ago"
"We ordered our 3 large pizzas, BBQ Chicken, Pepperoni with stuffed crust, and Mushroom and Onion thin crust, along with a double order of cheese bread online and it was ready in 25min. They were all cooked to perfection and delicious! The staff was fast, friendly, and turned out some amazing food. If you haven't tried Pizza Hut in Gaston, you're missing out and should have your next pizza night from Pizza Hut!"
"This is what was delivered to me by a very rude gentleman. He displayed no customer service. Although the young lady that took my order and then remade my order and delivered it to me personally. She rocked with customer service."
