The owner of this company refused to refund my elderly grandmother her 800$ after she missed a trip due to being hospitalized from a stroke. When she tried to explain her extenuating circumstances he refused to give her any form of reimbursement for her inconvience. Terrible customer service, takes advantage of the elderly, and just plain unkind!!!"
