"The company was great! Made my move from New York to London seamless and really took a weight off my shoulders. I really thought I did a good job packing up before they got there and boy, was I wrong. My husband said the guys took over when they got to the house and he just got out of their way. The guys were fantastic- every time I thought they were never going to get a piece of furniture out of the door, they did and with no damage. They were efficient, clean, and everything was exceeding my expectations. Nothing was broken upon unwrapping. I had a lot of fine china and stemware that I inherited from my mother and were very precious to me and again. All was well when unwrapped. I would recommend to family and friends any time they have to move."

"I waited a little over a year to write a review because I have been dealing with the remnants of their misdealings since the beginning and wanted to give an accurate account of what transpired. At this time, I am currently working with their insurance company which I suggest everyone gets if working with this company. They don’t seem to care about the condition of packing of items. They (Ronnie) lost 2 boxes. They didn't want to pick up the items they left behind and told us to drive all the way to Kearny, NJ to drop them off, gave us the receipt and then lost the items afterward without any apology or accountability. Boxes were mislabeled. For example, one box states "Monitor" but it was my subwoofer. Another stated "Printer" but it was desk supplies. I am still looking for things. I don't have all of my kitchen accessories. Boxes labeled clothing are actually from the linen closet and vice versa. Paintings were just thrown in boxes with hardware. It took more than 30 days to get email responses. They boxed all the electrical cords to items in different boxes from the host. I attached pics of desk shelving they destroyed because they were too lazy to pack up. What movers don’t think to pack a wooden desk?? I believe the company took advantage of me because I did not come from an affluent neighborhood and thought my items were less valuable. One mover was rude and ignored me when I was trying to give instructions/requests on my living room pieces and antique metal fireplace passed down from the 1970s. He mispacked most of the items which makes me think he did it on purpose because I requested to remove dust bunnies that he packed with my sofa. I didn't say anything on the first couch but took the opportunity on the 2nd couch because I just didn't want bring old dirt to my new place. Once I asked him to do that his attitude changed and started to ignore me which was unacceptable. The company didn't say or do anything to reprimand him for his behavior once I explained what happened. I had 3-4 different project managers and the last one was the most thorough but it was too late because my stuff had been shipped at the time. I was told I had to reach out to their internal team directly to make arrangements or ask questions when it should be their PMs' responsibility. Hector (Sales Rep) was nice until he got my business then he wasn't helpful at all and was pretty rude and distant. Talia started off as my PM but then disappeared for weeks and then I had a new PM (Lisa) who didn't last long. She was on the account for approx a few weeks before leaving the company. She tried to help but seemed overwhelmed and told me I also needed to follow up with folks like Ronnie (Ops Director) directly on things when it should have been her responsibility as the PM. Ronnie never responded to my emails on time. Some emails took 30 days (I have the proof if anyone wants to see) which caused delays and additional costs due to items not being delivered on time causing int'l tax increases to hit my shipment. Lorraine took over my account as PM after everything was shipped and tried to remedy issues best as she could but it was too late. She could mostly only help with communication among internal depts. The people in Dominican Republic who received my items (Ricardo) were the best part of the ISAS because they were most thorough and empathetic with the issues I've encountered. They could tell things were not done correctly by ISAS and I was not given the service I deserved. Overall, this company took no accountability and didn’t show any remorse or want to rectify the issues they caused with packing even though I tipped the movers very well and gave them furniture and electronics (i.e. dining room/kitchen chairs, and speakers) they asked for when they realized I wasn't taking them. The service received was subpar and I didn't feel valued as a customer even though I paid on time and did everything asked of me when requested. This is not how customers are to be treated by an alleged first-class company."

"International Sea&Air shipping company helped me a lot with my move to Romania, Europe. I requested full service since I had no other people to help me with packing; they organized everything; packing of my 4 bedrooms home, loading the boxes into proper container, shipping the container and getting me in touch with the moving company from Romania (Premier moving and storage). My stuff arrived in Romania in great condition and everything went smoothly, as much as possible. I was kept informed about each step all the time. They are very professional, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs help moving to another country."

"International sea & air shipping did my move from the US back to my country. The experience was great. Right after signing the contract, they gave me a date and they stick to it. They re-taped all boxes to make sure they were secure, and fully wrap the furniture. Their guys were excellent and organized. I received everything safe and sound. They are very communicative and professionals."
