"I have had the pleasure of traveling to NYC with Gerber for many years. And they have been great! There is no way this would be possible without the help of Mary the great! I highly recommend using them. We even had an issue where the airline itself, canceled one students return back. Gerber reimbursed me right away after notifying them that I had to pay for the flight and what happened."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Tony Giuliani, Director of Operations, is a bully. Tony approached my 11 year old niece and told her that she should not be eating pizza and she should not have eaten a burger the day before because "she didn't pay for the food." My niece's trip was booked outside of Gerber Tours since no first class option for flights is available through Gerber. My niece was informed that all of her classmates were in the hotel lobby eating pizza. Thus, my niece went down to eat pizza with her friends. There was enough pizza that it was being thrown away due to not being eaten. Instead of being professional and discreetly asking for money for pizza, if it was needed, Tony embarrassed and humiliated my 11 year niece old over a $2 worth of food. This is the worst company to deal with. Tony is a bully and is extremely unprofessional. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a grown man in charge of a kids' tour company. This is absolutely ridiculous. This company should be embarrassed!!!"

"Genelle at Gerber Tours was the most difficult person to deal with. We paid for our grankid to go and my husband and I were going with her. Only my Husband has a medical condition and needs more room on the flight. Genelle would Not let us pay to upgrade to a first class ticket. So we bought our on pla e tickets. My husband had a major health problem and we could not go. We had a family member fo I stead. Genelle would NOT let the family member ride on the bus in our place!!! Totally uncaring for the student or anybody else."

"Gerber Tours is one of the best companies with which I have ever done business! They are totally dependable and trustworthy and have always delivered on their promises. I have taken our school to the East Coast with Gerber's for 42 years and have never been disappointed. What started as a trip with a few students has developed into a community-wide event. When I get advertisements from other companies, I just throw them away as I know I'm not changing. It has been a wonderful 42 year (and counting) relationship.
