Domino's Pizza

"Waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes then pull back up to the window and my order has NOT even been placed in the oven yet!! Said they lost or gave my order to someone else, even after i prepaid! Now Waited another 20 minutes. Mitchell knows me and knows how many times I frequent this location. But never never again. On top of it all the worst possible day this could happen is when my wife and newborn didn't have the house keys. They lost my family's business all together now. I tried to ask for a refund so I could just leave and they didn't entertain that idea at all nor did they make any effort to soothe the aggravation. Yall fu&ken suck!! I'll go to scooties!!!"

"My wife ordered 4 pizzas and asked me to pick them up on the way home. They gave me 3 pizzas and I assumed that is what she ordered. When I got home she called them to say they charged us for 4 pizzas and only gave us 3. The manager convinced her that he would apply a $10 discount on our next order. So we ordered again and when I asked about getting our $10 off the Manager Mitchell said he could not give it to us since we had a coupon already on the order.This makes no sense. When you order 4 things and only get 3 of them any company would simply give you a refund. Why do we need to pay full price on a pizza that is normally always discounted just to get our money back? Mitchell did not seem to want to help and blamed the computer would not allow him to give us the refund. If a manager does not have the authority to over ride the system and give someone a $10 refund than something is wrong with this company."

"Poor service. Placed an order for delivery. Cheese bread,marinara,cookie brownie and 20 Oz coke. Delivery driver went to wrong address so I had to walk trough the woods to get my order in the dark. The driver didn't have my complete order (missing 20 Oz coke and marinara). When I stated the items were missing, the drive told me I didn't order them. I called the store and was told he would be bringing the missing items. 30 minutes later he shows up. All in all I had to wait a full hour to eat my meal which was cold by that time. Total fail to the driver. Total fail to Dominos.."

"I ordered pizza and wings this past Saturday. I received the pizza which was correct. Never sent wings that I paid for. Instead they sent a box of little breadsticks. Called as soon as I found out my order was wrong. The guy on the phone asked me if I wanted them to send them out or get a refund. I told him just to refund my money. 3 days later I still haven’t received the refund back to my card. Beware when you order food. This is the 2nd time order was wrong. And one time they delivered my food to someone else down the street."
