"In the last 3 months, when you call to place an order, calls are answered from out of state. None have been Americans, and it's hard to understand them. 3 times straight, they didn't place my order. Out of the 7 left 2 times, we didn't get what we ordered. Out of the 5 left 2 times, we only got some of our orders, and they decided to cook something else. It's pretty bad here, and I don't go as much anymore."
"The guy taking my order was so high that he couldn’t stay awake. Received the wrong order and it was undercooked and raw. When I ask for my drinks, the employee responded by saying “go get then yourself” in a very rude tone. So I had to walk behind the counter and get them myself. The bathroom has cigarettes and ashes all over the toilet seat. There were piles of trash overflowing from the trash cans. The person making the food didn’t have on gloves and they were texting on their phone at the same time as making pizza. So gross and needs to be shut down."
"We pick up pizza semi regularly from this PH and always have a good experience. Sometimes it's just pop-in and out but everything is ready, hot, and to order and employees are pleasant. We ordered today and the order was not correct, but the staff was so courteous, recognized the mistake before I did and went above and beyond to make it correct. I'm glad the dine in area is back as well, but do hope that upper management will invest in replacing the carpet area - you'd probably get more people dining in if a little bit of TLC was given to the interior area. Overall, always satisfied with this establishment."
