"I rented a meeting room for a baby shower and the room itself was accommodating but the man working was not very nice. When I’m paying to rent a space and I am told that there will round tables I get round table covers and then walk into a rom full of rectangular tables I would think an apology and/or politely fixing the problem would be the best answer. Not a short retort and attitude. He sat around like an old guard dog not friendly or polite at one time. And I was a little concerned no one ever confirmed they got my check and contract in the mail but that’s no big deal as if I were really concerned I could always call and ask myself but it would be good business to communicate with the people paying to use ur facility that I received the money. But that’s really not that big of a deal. But I will say, when I initially called the woman I spoke with was very nice, patient and helpful and the room was perfect for what we needed. Had the experience with the staff on the actual day of the event had been nicer I would have given more stars but I’m really not happy with the attitude he had"
