"This place has the worst customer service and a subpar service department!!! I have been warned not to come here by good friends but I decided to give them a chance with an understanding that every situation is different and experiences are subjective. I made a HUGE MISTAKE! The problem I came in with originally was given a temporary fix, so now the problem is back with a vengeance! I told them right from the start that I would like for them to find the problem and properly fix it but they seem to just brush it off. They want to just rush you out the door. No one listens, they cut you off mid-sentence and then look at you like you’re crazy. They will leave your car dirty and not completely put back together. Of course now that the problem is back, another phone call to fix the problem has to be made, same bad customer service! I don’t even know why I tried! I’m just going to get my business somewhere else that can handle issues better. Even things that are out of their control can be addressed properly with just a little more grace and understanding! I’m done with this place! One and done, never again! Good luck to everyone else!"
"Service department needs to follow up with their customers. The warranty part for my truck is not coming in until January of 2024 but nobody told me that it was going to take that long. After several phone calls, someone from the service department (Mike) finally reached out and told me this news. What's the point of Murphy's Group Advantage badge if this doesn't follow the higher standards of looking out for your customers. A quick phone call could have resolved this issue. I was also advised to check twice a week or once a month. Seriously, is it really going to take that long? I can probably look at Amazon or Ebay and buy that replacement part but what gives...just disappointed with the service and I chose Ram trucks because I thought it was above the rest but having second thoughts now."
