"I like Dunkin coffee, but the sign says open with employees inside and the front door locked. Why can't I get coffee with people working? This is at noon. Come on. One star because it doesn't matter if I can get anything. This has happened multiple, multiple times."

"Getting ready to take a vacation and get some coffee. Well the lady told us she had to get her four drive thru customers first before she could even take care of us a family of four. We always spend at least $40 if not more each time we visit Dunkin and that's not counting the four soviners cups that we always buy. Well they won't be getting our business at that location."
