"Given a number that only rings all day. When you're in the office you do not hear the phones ring at all. So what is the purpose of having phones if you're just giving out a "keeping them busy number"? Especially if people need a quick update."

"Can be busy but its worth the wait. Staff is very friendly and helpful. But if you don't have an appointment scheduled, I suggest you go and set up and appointment first and come back on your appointment date and time."
