"He presumed that if I did not want any work to be done, he did not want to dismantle it to determine the issue, despite the fact that he would charge me regardless. I had the opportunity to express my desire for a quote or estimate only after enduring verbal abuse. He was unaware of the concept of a quote or estimate and displayed insistence and impatience when I struggled to comprehend. Eventually, I terminated the call due to distress, and he made an attempt to contact me again. This establishment is certainly not suitable for single women. I have never encountered customer service of this nature before. I also submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB)."
"Coleman Auto is very professional and efficient have been going to him for years and has always done such great work on my cars"
"Took my Jeep in for an issue of it shutting off on me. He even saw to another repair (window that was down and taped over) all for a reasonable and affordable price. Will be recommending this place for its friendly customer service and stellar work."
"I was told the engine would need to be replaced and I couldn't afford to fix it. It took me a couple weeks, but i finally found someone to buy it off the lot. I went inside with my 2 small children in 100° weather to pay them for the diagnostic, and the owner was inside having a casual conversation with someone on the phone about people buying old expensive cars they cant afford to fix. I waited for over 5 minutes and when I told him I needed to go, he got heated with me about having my van there for "weeks" and told me he was talking to someone who was getting $3000 of work done on their car. I told him he could keep my change since he was worried about money. He tried handing it to me as I walked out the door because "I was the one needing to buy a new car""
"The owner Brian was horrible & he only has 1 mechanic. He fixed an oil leak, that was find. Then he kept my car for days without calling to tell me anything about some more repairs that needed to be done. I had to come into the shop a few times b/c most times i called he was always on break & wouldn't call me back ever. He replaces a radiator on my car & when I came to pick it up & noticed my radiator fan was loose. He seemed to not wanna fix it but I left it with him anyway. The only time he called me back was to tell me that his mechanic didn't break it & tried to charge me to fix it even when i knew for a fact that it wasn't loose when i brought it to him. Then the last time I noticed I still had a leak after 2 days of driving my car. He told bring it back, kept it for 3 days avoiding all my calls & even my father tried contacting him, so I went by the shop to see what was going on & he handed me my key back telling me he can't get to anytime soon. I was never rude to this man, paid over 2K & he did me wrong in the end. I wouldn't recommend this man to anyone, especially if you're a black person.. & I NEVER pull out the race card."
