Sparkle Express Car Wash

"Edit: I am editing my review to a 1 start. This is absolutely ridiculous. I get car cleaned once a wk so it's not that dirty, yet when my car is finished going through that car wash , every smudge is still there, dirt all over the back . ...it barely gets clean. This is a joke and I will b canceling my membership. When you pay to have your car washed, u shouldn't have to basically wash it by hand again right after. Sparkle car wash in greenwood, u need to reeval the whole washing system bc something is broke or not working The vacuums NEVER work. I always tell them I can't hardly use them bc no suction, they always say they r fixing but they never do. A couple of times they let me run my car through again bc it didn't even get my car somewhat clean. I'm giving 3 stars bc it did a halfway good job today, but no vacuums working"

"Ive been using this facility for the last year and never had an issue until 11/10/2023. On that day, as my car went through, it was damaged. According to staff, video proves that. They refuse to pay for damages, allegedly because it wasnt "secure". Prior to that day, I had been through everyday with no damage done. In the picture are examples of clips there were broken."

"They don't take the time to pre wash your vehicle have to go thru about 3 times. But she always shining tho"

"Poor customer service. I paid for the wash with tire shine. Same service I always get. However, when the wash cycle was done, no tire shine was applied. I asked the person in charge and he handed me a bottle to spray the tires. I told him I paid for the service and he Hands me a bottle to do it myself? Then he tells me that the tire shine sometimes doesn’t work. They should say something before people pay for a service they don’t receive. This happened just now 10/17/23 at 6:40pm"

"I come here almost every time I'm in town. They have a automatic touch wash that seems to do a pretty good job. I used to be financial about Touch washes with my clear coat, but I am over that now. Haha. You just can't beat the convenience of a $5 wash with unlimited time on one of the vacuums. They have a little machine that cleans your matts too."
