"Guys stopped over while working on next door neighbors windows. Did not fix the house window but just put in bottom sash, I already had the old one out, just slips in and still charged $50 for 5 minutes??? They damage the inside window frame that was just painted a few months ago!!! Fixed the window myself after working on it for another 30 minutes after they left. Do NOT use this service! Dishonest person said it needed new actuator, just did not want to do work but somehow thought he should still be paid for doing nothing?"
"i called 3 days ago and made an appointment so that i could have a piece of glass cut and pick it up the same day which i was told would be ok over the phone, when i went there 3 days later the guy said he could not do it today and i said i had an appointment and the lady i talked to said that i could so he said to come back later. I went back later and he told me he could not cut it today, THEY LIE, i would not go there for anything now, I will travel out of my way to avoid them."
