"Service was very slow. They seemed short staffed, that could have been the problem. They claim to have a 10 minute service, however I was there for an hour. I only had one car ahead of me and they were finishing up as I pulled in. I think once I was in the bay it was about 45 min. I was glad I didn’t have my kids and I wasn’t on a time crunch."

"Never have oil in stock. System is always down or used as an excuse not to work.We've been here 5 x trying to get an oil change they're always out of oil, always trying to sell they're $80 oil. They say come back tuesday; tuesday comes and still out of stock. Mind you this has happened on various occasions since them opening!!! Bring MR. LUBE back they never had any issues. Mr. Lube was quick in and out. Both of these locations are trash. Employees were closed by 5:30 due to system being down, which is more than likely a lie. This business will not last with such poor customer service! Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!"
"Tried twice over this past weekend to get my oil changed. First location didn’t have synthetic oil so they sent me across town to their sister shop. When I went there they didn’t have enough people. Won’t waste my time trying to do business with them again."
"Deceptive thieves work here. They will lie to your face about the cost of your oil change. They will charge you for full synthetic and not put synthetic oil in your car. They have an up charge on all of their oil filters and they charge an additional service fee that they are not up-front with. I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. There is a reason this place never has a line to get in. Do not recommend."
