"It's a great little pizza place. The food is priced reasonably, and the Buffalo Chicken pizza is great!!! The Meatball subs are excellent handmade meatballs, too!!! Service is a little slow, but in this market is to be expected. Hard to find people who want to work. Will be back for sure!!"

"I have come to Marios often since it opened in 2022. I love the pizza! For my preferences I feel like the crust is just right. Some people may disagree on that and fortunately for them pizza isn't the only option! They have wings, sandwiches, salads, and more! Their hand cut fries are amazing. If it's a music night or other type of event you may have to wait a bit for a pizza, but they are very accommodating. I've seen a few reviews about how clean it is and I wholeheartedly agree. Not many restaurants allow people a view into their kitchen, but Marios does, and you can tell the owner takes cleanliness seriously. I came in on two different Sundays and he had one of his employees wiping down floorboards since it was slow. I've loved coming to different events at this restaurant such as music nights, karaoke, or just coming in to watch a game. It's a wonderful place for a smaller town like Edgefield to have."

"I tried Mario’s Pizzeria when they had first opened. I thought that oh it’s is a small town and sounds like a great pizza place to eat at fire the very first time. I always try and give small businesses the benefit of doubt and support any local restaurant. But it took forever for us to get a table. And then we had to wait 30 minutes to get our sprite and Dr Pepper drinks that we ordered. Then we decided that we were gonna get and appetizer and waited another 30 minutes to just get our appetizer. We had to ask for everything. For example: silverware, plates,extra napkins and refills on our drinks. Once the waitress finally came back to the table to take our pizza order it took forever for us to get a small pizza. We kept getting told that it would only be 5 more minutes. And it was like an hour and a half later we finally got the pizza. And let me tell you the crust was bland and undercooked. The sauce had absolutely zero flavor. It just tasted like plain crushed tomatoes from a can. Cheese tasted like it had been sitting in the walking refrigerator for like 3 weeks, and the pizza was too greasy for my taste. The worst part was that it was $60 for the two of us to eat pizza. I think that is completely outrageous. Pizza shouldn’t cost that much. I can go to Pizza Hut and get a medium pizza for $12.00 and I know that I’m actually gonna eat a pizza that has flavor and it’s not greasy. I will never ever go back to Mario’s Pizzeria the food was disgusting and extremely gross and there could be a huge room for improvement. Like not bullying people on Facebook for telling the truth. I think that you should take the feedback that people are giving you to try and make your business better. Not be a child when something is said that you don’t like to hear."

"We've tried their pizza twice, both times were extremely disappointed. The pizza crust is flat, no taste, sauce is bland, cheese is cheap, and pepperoni were small. It was over $40 for a pizza, salad, and 2 drinks. We had to ask for menus, silverware, refills, and the check. Service was nonexistent. I only rated the atmosphere 3 stars because the restaurant was semi clean. Now that I've been bullied and harassed on his FB page I wish I could give them negative stars. The owner is HIGHLY unprofessional and EXTREMELY confrontational."
