"I was approved for a loan, I asked to make an appointment because I am new at this and want to make sure I understand the process. She said I didn't need an appointment and she would call me back. I said I wanted to come in with my husband because he was interested in a loan for himself. She was extremely rude and said we don't do that. I mentioned equity in our home and she assumed I was talking about a different type of loan instead of just making an appointment. I thought they were supposed to help find out which loan amount is correct or if I had any other options. Not to be talked to like I'm stupid and she didn't have time for me. Just extremely rude and I would not recommend."
