"If I could give them a zero I would. I am disgusted by my experience with these guys, specifically Gil in dispatch. I ordered furniture that is being shipped via Roadrunner who clearly subcontracted to these guys. They provided a 7 hour window last night, and still managed to miss it. When i called to find out status, they were delayed by another hour. I asked why they couldn't have at least committed to call in advance so no one had to sit home all day. The dispatcher said he didn't know why the person who scheduled the delivery wouldn't have agreed to that, but he was at least polite about it. When I asked to speak with his manager, I got Gil - clearly customer service is not their priority (nor is just speaking with people like a human being). I asked who scheduled the delivery, and Gil said he did. I asked why he didn't agree to provide shorter window or at least call in advance when he scheduled the delivery with my husband, he said "he didn't ask". It went downhill from there - talking over me, giving me different information than the original dispatcher on arrival time, arguing, really just a nasty person. And this is after they have been delayed on the date of delivery, etc. Clearly someone who has no pride in what he does. I would never use this company for anything if given the choice. I would rather have picked up my furniture myself."

"Terrible company. Simple Manhattan to New Jersey delivery that should take one day, ends up taking SEVERAL days to complete with no phone calls, no reasons for delay, nothing. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY."

"This company was contracted to deliver my crate. They sent a truck with a driver who needs a 6 year old translator with him, who backed into a tree. And then could not get the crate off the truck because he had the wrong equipment. The original company contracted (who subcontracted this out) had to intervene. Only to find out this company D2 said they delivered it to them and never did. Basically they stole my stuff because the dispatcher did not want to admit he was wrong in sending out a truck the wrong equipment. And didn't want to pay for a second delivery. Funny how it went missing, when it's was over 7ft wide, and 7 ft high. In a crate. And was dealt with the same day they botched the delivery. Oh did I forget to mention they wanted me to sign for the delivery even after they told me they could not get it off the truck? Thieves, stay away from this company and ensure your moving company does not sub contract this out to D2 or chicas Reyes trucking. Last the driver they sent after hitting my tree. Had no insurance. Invalid drivers license. so D2 is a poor company that hires drivers with invalid licenses and no insurance."
