"Refusing to answer and pay out my insurance claim after my shipment was damaged. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business and ALL of it's partners. I have had to deal with their partners as well and they have all been terrible. They un-crated and un-wrapped my item and ran over it with a forklift, smashed it then strapped it up against the inside wall of the truck where it was completely ruined. They also did the same thing on my second, replacement part. Incompetent, shady liars."
