"Decided to check alpine endeavors for 4 day private lessons in July and it’s was a life changing experience. Marty and Simon were my guides (Marty for day 1 and Simon 2,3and 4). Both were amazing guides, they were very understanding and gave me a very thorough, detailed introduction to outdoor rock climbing, safety and risk measures. Simon, who I spent most of the days with, was a fantastic guide, a very easy going dude to talk to. He introduced me to single pitch and multi pitch climbing, rappelling, how to build anchors for both multi pitch and top rope situations and many more crucial skills. "As a female climber, I specifically asked for a female guide and the person arranging the climb at Alpine Endeavors was absolutely understanding and accommodating. Rita was professional and supportive yet gave me concrete feedback to improve my technique in real time. She listened to the types of climbs I enjoy (cracks and chimneys) yo plan our day from start to finish. The tempo of the climbs was great. The collection hit the sweet spot of “not too hard but not too easy”. She was patient when I struggled and gave me the space to problem solve a particular move.
