"Placed Order at 10am for chocolate strawberries and roses to be sent to my fiancé at work . They came at 4:45 15min before she left work the strawberries were sour and leaking . And the flowers were the most basic $5 looking flowers they have and all that cost me $100 and wasn’t worth $15."

"Ordered a platter on January 16th to be delivered for Valentine’s day.The platter was not delivered to my boyfriends office. I was also told over the phone that I would receive a full refund on the platter and then half off of the same platter, if I came in and got the platter in person. Christine, the manager did not accommodate me at all. I waited 30 minutes just to be told I could only get a refund. I understand it’s Valentine’s day but it’s extremely unfair to be told something else and not have gotten it."

"I went in to get an arrangement for a friend, and was very happy with the selection avaliable in store. The girl behind the counter was very helpful and even gave me a smoothie for my daughter for free for spending as much as I did. Would definitely return for another gift."
