"This woman went above and beyond. I told her the arrangement I wanted was on a competitors website. She went on their website to look for the one I described. This was time consuming for her but she did find it. I I asked her if she had chocolates; she said she did not have them but would stop at the store if I wanted. It was horrible out today with the snow and wind and I told her no that was OK. The receiver of the flowers called and described the beauty of the arrangement and that there were two little chocolate cakes with it. I recommend this place to everyone as she really did go above and beyond to make a customer happy."
