"DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS - not even a week, I called and unlocked this trailer lock and re-keyed. I only opened once on the day of and tried to open second time yesterday afternoon. When I tried to open, re-keyed lock just spins around freely. When I called for this issue, they wanted an additional hourly fee of $100 per hour, but I cannot lock this lock anymore - basically, drilling out the lock for $100 per hour!! They already received $170 for the shady job last week and additional $100 per hour for not able to lock anymore. By the way, that is with a discount of not charging service fee per this person... If you want who does not stand by their work, please call these guys!! ---------------------- These guys will try to blame customers for not knowing what kind of lock to begin with. This guy think a customer wants something for free when they charged exactly what they asked for and got paid to begin with. Now we all know they do not guarantee their work instead blaming a customer or a some part. Customers will always remember what kind of shady job you guys did!!"
