"I’ve never personally had any issues coming here, until a few days ago. But we will start here. A few months ago, my FIL took my car to have my tires rotated for me. He dropped it off and went back when he figured it would be done. They hadn’t even started. But did as soon as he got there. Not a huge deal, but he still figured it would be done when he got there and wouldn’t have to wait. Fast forward to a few days ago. I called to make an appointment to get 4 new tires and 4 new tire pressure sensors. They said to bring it in the next morning and they’d get it taken care of. Then asked before hanging up if I could just take it and leave it over night, because the tire pressure sensors can be difficult to get off and back on. So that’s what I did. Dropped it off at 9 P.M. the night before, and there was only one other car “ahead of me” Or so I thought. I called back at 1:30-2:00 the next day asking for an update. She said she’d go ask. Gets back to the phone and says they haven’t even started on my car. Then said they won’t even be able to get to it today, and asked me to leave it over night again. Obviously I wouldn’t have anyway, but I also couldn’t because we were going out of town the next day, which is why I had an appointment set to do it that day. Moral of the story, unless you are there sitting and waiting for your vehicle to be done, or are “in” with the owners to get your vehicle serviced before others. It may be a waste of time taking your vehicle here. I ended up going to Costco in Athens. Got a better deal on both the tires and tire pressure sensors. And got some grocery shopping done all at the same time. Plus they were fast, and kept me updated!!"
